A town house ready to move in on two floors and roof terrace in popular Villanova – Ostuni Marina by the Adriatic Sea, located in a quiet complex at walking distance from the center of the village which has permanent residents and therefore shops, restaurants and bars are open all year round.

The town house is accessed through a gate with parking space, terraced area with flower beds and there is an outside shower, here i salso room for the summer dining area.

The ground floor has a living/dining room, a fully-fitted kitchen and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads on to the first floor which consists of the main bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. From the balcony on this floor there is a retractable ladder that gives access to the roof terrace from which views over the close-by pinewood and the Adriatic Sea can be enjoyed.

The house is connected to mains water, electricity and sewerage. The house is equipped with airconditioning units and mosquito nets.

The immediate area has no through traffic, it is tranquil. You can walk of bicycle to the beaches and to the village center. Most houses are summer houses, but over the years more and more are becoming full year living.

Villanova is easily reached by the coastal motorway a few kilometers away. The nearest international airport is Brindisi (motorway 27 km / 25 minutes). To Bari International Airport is 100 km motorway (60 minutes) and to the nearest train station it is 5 km (5 minutes).

• 25 km from cosmopolitan Brindisi with ferry traffic to Greece and Albania

From Villanova you can easily reach the neighbouring seaside resorts Rosa Marina, Costa Merlata and Torre Santa Sabina. To the south is the beautiful nature reserve Torre Guaceto. It offers an attractive escape from the busy beach resorts as here you find unspoilt beaches and no cars allowed. The parking is at the visitor’s center and there are organized nature walks, cycle trekking and snorkeling trips. Ostuni, the famous “White City” is one of many historical small towns in this area. It has a population of about 20,000 inhabitants and in the town you’ll find an excellent supply of shops, restaurants and bars is located at approx. 8 km. From the hill top there is a fascinating view over the landscape and to the Adriatic Sea. Ostuni has a well-known square ideal for an evening stroll. The property has the advantage of being not far from main areas of world interest such as the mile long caves of Castellana Grotte (48 km); the archaeological excavations of the Roman Egnatia by the Adriatic coast line; the trullo houses of Alberobello (40 km) – an UNESCO World Heritage site; the town of Carovigno (19 km) located on top of a hill; the medieval town of Oria (37 km); the wealthy baroque town of Martina Franca (32 km); the petite and charming Cisternino (26 km); the Zoo Safari Park of Fasano (22 km), lots of fun for kids and adults; the caves of Polignano a Mare (43 km); Grottaglie (48 km) famous for its ceramics; and last but not least the famous baroque city of Lecce (76 km) which is called the “Florence of the South” can be reached in 55-60 minutes and has countless churches and a great richness of architecture. In town there is also the famous Roman amphitheater which is used for music and drama performances in the open during the summer season. Lecce is a wonderful town for long walks, enjoying the fantastic atmosphere, bars, outside terraces, restaurants and, of course, great shops.
